For me, children's books are about celebrating limitless energy and curiosity.  RUN, JUMP, PLAY & CONNECT with storybook characters that excite, inspire and entertain.​​  My goal is always to keep the drawing energetic and high-spirited to connect with my readers. 

 

Super-fiddly artwork loses something - I want LIFE in my artwork - a freshness.  I also get bored very easily, so in the spirit of PLAY - I work quickly and do my best to draw things that feel ALIVE.​​
